Pam Anthony

After an early career working in retail management with Marks and
Spencer, Pam joined the world of direct selling in 1983 as an Area Sales
Manager with Avon Cosmetics. After spending13 years with Avon UK and
Avon Ireland in a variety of management positions in sales and
marketing, Pam also spent three years working at the Head Office in
Sales Support, Sales Planning and Forecasting.
On leaving Avon, Pam became National Sales Manager for a number of
established and start-up party plan companies and, after a brief spell
with the Body Shop at Home, made the decision to start up her own
business specialising in Executive recruitment and training within the
direct sales industry.
The company launched in January 2001 and in 2003 we began offering a
consultancy service to businesses which want to either launch a direct
selling business, or to expand their sales channel by utilising the
direct sales method. Pam is a founder member of the DSA Supplier’s
Committee, a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and
a member of the DSA Public Affairs Committee.
