Job Description:

The main purpose of the Region VP's role will be to support the growth in the Europe Region through the management of the E Commerce Project and the Western European Sales, Training and Marketing related initiatives to achieve rapid increases in sponsoring, organisation size and sales volume through efficient education systems and sustained development of the sales organisation.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

E Commerce Project:

 

·         Provide leadership for the business transformation in Western Europe into an E-MLM business

·         Manage project timelines and milestones, be responsible for the Sales & Marketing related project aspects such asTraining, Field Communication, Tools & materials

·         Recruit new leaders to open / re-open markets

·         Coordination with Head Office and regular reporting

·         Prepare business model launch

 

Sales & Education:

 

·         Provide visionary and practical leadership for all Western European Sales and Education organisations in line with the regional strategy

·         Manage recruitment and retention systems for Western Europe to build and expand this area’s sales organisation

·         Control Western European countries’ marketing plans, business opportunity plans and sales policies

·         Design a sustainable Education system for these markets, including product, business-system and motivation training, manage the development of training modules and materials

 

Marketing:

 

·         Design marketing plan for the Western European markets and ensure local implementation

·         Develop comprehensive portfolio of promotion material and marketing tools

·         Be responsible for brand strategy implementation in Western Europe

·         Provide  and analyse market information consistently and develop new marketing strategies accordingly

·         Be responsible for the design concept of the product portfolio, support Western European organisations with product information, review and approve new product introduction materials

 

The successful applicant will have:

 

 

·         University degree in Marketing or equivalent

·         10 - 15 years of experience in sales and education management in direct selling/multi-level marketing

·         Management experience in an international context / international project coordination

·         Ideally management / project management experience in E-business

·         Excellent knowledge of the European market

·         First-rate presentation and communication skills, to include conflict management

·         Creative and inventive mind, but well organised and with excellent analytical skills

·         Proficiency in English and at least one other European language

·         Good IT user skills
