Sales Manager - Party Plan
Working closely with the owners of the company, your remit will be: In the early months of launching the business, to hold a minimum of 2 parties per week and recruit personally. To support the consultants recruited by attending/holding meetings, training sessions and 1-1 coaching To drive leadership development at all levels. To create and implement strategies for increasing consultant numbers and sales To provide weekly analysis of all sales and performance data, reacting effectively to the business needs and providing the MD with updates of performance by way of meetings and reports To communicate areas of opportunity and concern within the field to the MD and other relevant departments, together with appropriate recommendations where necessary To identify and prioritise training needs at all levels and implement relevant training where necessary To work closely with the Creative team to develop party themes and appropriate product training To develop and implement field policies, benefits, recognition and incentive programmes for sales and recruiting To participate in meetings involving sales and recruiting strategy, plans, motivation, publications, paperwork, sales forecasting and meeting planning.
