Sales Manager
This role will require a self-motivated individual who can motivate an active and excited distributor field and be able to develop the market further with innovative initiatives, ambition and people skills. This person would also be responsible for managing relationships with distributors from a variety of linguistic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore awareness and sensitivity to other cultures is required. OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Fluent German/English Speaker - 4+ yrs experience in MLM – Network Marketing Industry - Experience in developing a network either as a sales person or as a distributor - Experience in sales management - Ability to demonstrate excellent public speaking skills - German based with travel required throughout the country - Adaptable work schedule to fit with Distributor and Corporate meetings - Ability to develop the company’s training materials, marketing brochures and other sales aids, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. - Ability to report as required on all areas of the business in a timely manner.
