Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the country operations in line with corporate standards to grow sales and market share
• Development and implementation of a country business plan including:

o                                marketing plan and strategy,

o                                product mix and positioning,

o                                packaging and labelling, pricing,

o                                business development plans

• Identification of customers’ needs and high growth areas/trends to target marketing and sales programmes
• Developing recruitment and retention programs and marketing campaigns to build customer base and loyalty, increase retention rate and distributor productivity levels  
• Co-operation with direct selling industry associations and establishment of good relations with media and relevant authorities
• Management and motivation of staff; training/coaching of employees
• Preparation and controlling of annual budget
• Protection of the companies’ assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Recommendation and implementation of continuous improvement strategies
• Submission of reports and analysis and other duties and responsibilities that may be required for special projects

The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Must be an experienced manager with minimum 5 years work experience in MLM and 3 years leadership experience, based on a degree in business administration or equivalent education.
• Must possess extensive knowledge of the Turkish market, product management and licensing requirements, and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities.
• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, to include conflict management skills.
• Must be a motivated leader with excellent time management, organisational skills and IT proficiency, especially in the use of the MS-Office package.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Turkish and English.
