Customer Service Advisors
The main focus of the Customer Service Advisor’s role will be to answer calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing customers with a premium service that will leave a very positive impression. The overall aim is that customers should be kept no longer than 30 seconds in call waiting before their call is answered and should receive a professional customer service experience at all times. Key responsibilities will include: The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent customer relation skills · Experience of working in a ‘billing’ department desirable · Ability to work independently and professionally · Previous customer service experience · Ability to analyse and creatively solve problems. · Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
