Key areas of responsibility will include:

Retail Trainer Responsibilities:

·         Implementation of the training strategy in order to meet company’s goals.

·         Conduct effective retail training courses and coaching programmes for our client’s Business Owners

·         Prepare training sessions with appropriate materials,  book venues etc

·         Frequent travelling is required

·         Participate at company events

Supervisory Responsibilities:

·         Lead the local trainer team

·         Develop supporting local measures

·         Analyse local requirements

·         Monitor training measures and impact as necessary

·         Operate training plans and monthly reporting system

·         Provide required information to up line and other departments

 The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Be a French national or fluent French speaker
• Business education with graduate degree
• Trainer/Education degree with focus on sales
• At least 3 years training experience
• Successful leadership experience
• Practical experience in retailing
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as being a good team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexible with good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in usual MS Office applications
• Previous MLM or Direct Sales experience an advantage
