They will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators and quality and sales targets by optimising contract and tactical colleagues.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

.  Working Tuesday to Saturday

.  Recruiting, developing, training and motivating a team of people to deliver excellence in store

.  Managing a team of around 28

.  Developing and implementing personal development plans

.  Delivering on-the-job coaching and training courses as appropriate

.  Holding twice yearly Team Leader meetings and attending monthly National and Business Review Meetings.

.  Regularly reviewing working practices and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of excellence

.  Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of their client's business, objectives and marketplace

.  Managing the area within agreed budgets by continuously controlling costs

. Good Excel skills and be conversant with the Internet and all Microsoft packages

. Hold a full, clean driving licence

. Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a Field Team

.  Proven performance management and coaching skills

.  Proven track record of working in a target-driven, sales-orientated business
