Job Description:

 

ReReporting to the Director Canada/Europe/Russia/Middle East, and responsible for thtthe Polish management team, our client is looking to appoint a General Manager to asassist with launching a start-up subsidiary in Poland.  The main focus of this role wilwill be to plan, direct, and control all operations of their subsidiary in Poland (inincluding coordinating and overseeing activities in sales & marketing, operations, finance, and other areas of administration).  

 

Key responsibilities will include the following:

 

De.1.  Develop basic objectives, policies, budgets, and operating plans of the subthe subsidiary and submit for approval.

Pla2.  Plan, direct, administer, and control company processes efficiently regarding

 all all local resources (physical, human, & financial) with the purpose of obtaining estestablished objectives; report all results as necessary.

An3.  Analyse operating results of the Company relative to established objectives and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.

Pro4.  Provide adequate training for all human resources and be able to motmotivate/help personnel to feel part of the corporate team. Evaluate perperformance of direct reports.

Ens5. Ensure that adequate plans for future development and growth of the subsubsidiary are prepared, participate in their preparation, and periodically prepresent such plans for general review and approval by our client’s top mamanagement.

Su6. Supervise and manage the corporate image, demonstrating the highest form of pof professionalism in all company relations: internal and external.

Ass7. Ensure that all financial, physical, human, & technological resources are suffisufficient for the correct operation of the subsidiary.

Eva8.  Evaluate the general performance of the subsidiary through reports from eaceach operational area of the subsidiary; communicate regularly with senior hierhierarchy on such performance, strategic requirements, marketing plans, and inviiinvestment needs. 

Mai9.  Maintain contact with leaders/distributors via Public Relations; ensure obsobservance of the highest Code of Ethics.

Per10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by both parties, from timtime to time

  

The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience, qualifications and personal attributes:

 

·         Fluent in Polish and English (both written & oral); any additional language a plus

·         Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or similar

·         Significant experience as Country Manager essential (applicants with a marketing background at senior level also considered)

·         Network marketing experience a must.

·         Must be a leader with an open personality and great charisma

·         Must be driven to attaining personal and corporate goals

·         Must have the drive to succeed on every level
